*工业运输系统主要由真空吸附起升装置、零件转运装置、翻转装置等组成，能够实现宽体平尾及大客平尾大型壁板在脱模-机加-外形检测-无损检测-封边-喷漆等站位之间的转运及翻转。投标时提供工业运输系统的整体设计方案、配置组成、各个站位的对接接口、3D仿真视频动画（含要求的所有工序的全流程串联仿真及碰撞仿真分析）、设备维护策略等材料。等，具体详见技术要求。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：******有限公司浦东新区上飞路919号
交货时间：合同生效后8个月内完成设备制造，接招标方通知于4个月内完成本项目全部内容的到货、安装调试、试运行等工作

The industrial transportation system mainly consists of a vacuum lifter, a parts transfer device and a tilter, capable of transferring and tilting large panels for wide-body horizontal stabilizers and large passenger aircraft horizontal stabilizers between stations such as mold-releasing, machining, dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing, edge sealing, and painting. The overall design scheme, configuration, interface connections for each station, 3D simulation video animation (including full-process integrated simulation of all required procedures and collision simulation analysis), as well as equipment maintenance strategy for the industrial transportation system shall be outlined in the bid，ect. Please refer to the technical specifications for details.
